Software architect & AI specialist · Belgium

Developer by nature.
Architect by choice.
AI by evolution.

From .NET to PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript and Python — I've written it all by hand, some day. Today I design the architecture and let a structured, well-managed farm of AI agents do the heavy lifting. You get senior-level design with machine-level throughput.

Why “3Way”?

Three ways of building software. I've walked all of them.

01

I built it.

Years in the trenches writing production code across the stack: back-ends in .NET and PHP, front-ends in JavaScript and TypeScript, data and scripting in Python. I know where the bodies are buried — because I buried a few myself.

  • C# / .NET
  • PHP
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • SQL
02

I architect it.

Architecture is my thing. Clean boundaries, sane integrations, systems that survive their second year. Language-agnostic by design: the right tool per layer, not the trendiest one.

  • Solution design
  • APIs & integration
  • Cloud-native
  • Security by design
03

The agents build it.

Now I run a farm of specialised AI agents — planned, guarded and reviewed like a real dev team. I steer the architecture, they produce the volume, and nothing ships without passing the gates.

  • Agent orchestration
  • LLM tooling
  • Human-in-the-loop
  • Automation

Polyglot by habit

Same idea, any language.

A good architecture doesn't care which syntax it's wearing. I still read every diff the agents produce — in every one of these languages.

The agent farm

Many hands. One architect.

AI without structure is a very fast way to make a very big mess. My farm runs like a disciplined team — every agent has a role, a scope and a supervisor.

  • Architecture first. I set the blueprint, the boundaries and the rules of the road.
  • Specialised agents. Planning, coding, testing, reviewing and documenting — each its own job.
  • Quality gates. Automated tests, code review and human sign-off before anything merges.
  • Transparent & managed. Every task tracked, every change traceable. No black boxes.

What I do

From first sketch to running in production.

n8n workflow automation logo

AI agents & automation

Workflows that think for themselves.

I design AI-powered automations with n8n and custom agents: classifying mail, enriching leads, drafting documents, syncing systems that never wanted to talk to each other. Self-hosted or cloud, always observable and under your control.

  • AI agents with tools, memory and guardrails
  • n8n workflow design, hosting & custom nodes
  • Integrations with your APIs, CRM, ERP and M365

Software architecture & development

Built properly. Built faster.

Custom web applications, APIs and integrations — designed by an architect who has written the code himself, delivered at the speed of an agent farm. Modernising a legacy .NET or PHP application? That's a favourite.

  • Architecture reviews & technical roadmaps
  • Greenfield apps, APIs and SaaS platforms
  • Legacy modernisation & migrations

Microsoft 365, Copilot & Azure

Your modern workplace, wired for AI.

Microsoft 365 set up the way it should be — Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive — with Copilot and custom agents that actually know your business. Underneath, a secure and cost-aware Azure foundation to host your apps, data and AI workloads.

  • M365 tenant setup, migration & governance
  • Copilot adoption & custom Copilot agents

Managed services & support

Shipped is not the finish line.

Once it's live, I keep it that way. Monitoring, security, backups and maintenance — with a real person to call when something needs attention. Increasingly with AI agents on first-line watch, so issues are spotted before you notice them.

How a project runs

Structured. Managed. Surprisingly fast.

  1. 1

    Discover

We talk about the problem, not the tech. What does success look like?

  2. 2

    Architect

I design the blueprint: boundaries, stack, integrations, risks.

  3. 3

    Orchestrate

The agent farm builds in small, tracked increments.

  4. 4

    Review

Tests, code review and my sign-off. Every single change.

  5. 5

    Run

Deploy, monitor, support — and keep improving.

Let's build something

Got an idea, a legacy beast or a pile of manual work?

Tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly which of the three ways fits best — by hand, by design, or by agent.
